Dash Point Skimboard Club Unisex Heavy Cotton Tee

from $49.00

Dash Point has had a skimboard scene for as long as we can remember.  Back in The 60's, we called it "piper-boarding."  Nobody seems to remember why we called it that, but we made our own boards out of plywood and some paint, and boarded the runoff creek that cascaded underneath the bridge and created streams all the way to the shore.

There's a thriving scene now with summer tournaments at Chambers Bay and Dash Point State Park.  There's a renowned skimboard company that manufactures right down in Fife.

I created this tee as a memory to those summer days and my friends that made growing up in Dash Point so special.
